French ambassador returns to Iran
Mehr News – France’s ambassador to Iran has returned to Tehran after being recalled at the end of last year in response to protesters entering the British embassy in the Iranian capital, Reuters quoted a French foreign ministry official as saying on Monday.
France recalled Ambassador Bruno Foucher for consultations after a number of Iranian students, who had participated in a demonstration in front of the British Embassy in Tehran on November 29, 2011, entered the embassy compound and pulled down the Union Jack.
